We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/ Senior Administrator to join our client who are a leading law firm based in Nottingham.
Monday-Friday.
The Role:
1. Prepare documents and correspondence for fee earners
2. Provide professional client support by phone and in person
3. Maintain organised electronic files and systems
4. Assist with opening/closing matters, billing, scheduling and general admin
5. Arrange property searches and related tasks
6. Carry out additional admin duties as needed
The Candidate:
7. Strong organisation and ability to use initiative
8. Administrative experience within a Legal or Property environment
9. Excellent communication and teamwork
10. Proven high-quality support to colleagues and clients
11. Good IT skills; experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office
