Due to continued workload and an internal promotion within the team, they are now looking to strengthen their delivery capability in the Bristol region.The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civils Site Agent who is ready to take the next step into a Project Manager role.You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of civil engineering projects across the Bristol area. The position has arisen following an internal promotion, and you will be stepping into an established role with strong support from an experienced Project Manager who has progressed through the business. Training, mentoring, and ongoing support will be provided to help you transition successfully into the role.Key Responsibilities Managing the delivery of civil engineering projects from pre-construction through to completionPlanning, programming, and coordinating site activitiesManaging Site Agents, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractorsEnsuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetLiaising with clients, local authorities, and internal stakeholdersMonitoring programme, cost control, and commercial performanceEnsuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standardsSupporting project reporting and attending progress meetings Candidate Requirements Background in civil engineering, ideally highways and/or general civilsCurrently working as a Site Agent (or similar) or an early-stage Project ManagerStrong understanding of site-based delivery and construction processesAmbitious and motivated, with a clear desire to progressStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple workstreams and prioritiesFull UK driving licence What's on Offer Salary of £60,000 - £65,000 plus a competitive package (including car or car allowance)Clear progression and long-term career developmentSupport and mentoring from an established Contracts / Project ManagerStable, permanent role with a strong forward workloadOpportunity to grow within a reputable regional contractor To be considered for this role, please get in touch with Laura at RGB or submit your CV for review.
