We're recruiting on behalf of our clients at their Norfolk Broads Hotel. We’re currently seeking a passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef to join their culinary team. About the Role As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Executive Head Chef and wider kitchen brigade to deliver exceptional dishes that reflect the Hotels high standards and creative culinary approach. You’ll help maintain smooth day-to-day kitchen operations while supporting the development of junior team members.
