You will be responsible for answering queries from their legal sector clients, maintaining accurate company records, and ensuring the smooth running of office operations. Key Responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email. Providing helpful and efficient helpdesk support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date company records and databases. Supporting the Management Team with general administrative tasks. Assisting with internal coordination and project support.What We Are Looking For: Some experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role is highly desirable. This could be from a placement year, an internship, or 1-2 years in a professional environment. A relevant degree (e.g., Business, HR, Law) is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive, can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail. The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively within a small team.
