Manufacturing Engineer

They're looking for a proactive Manufacturing Engineer who's excited to support advanced medical-grade production and drive continuous improvement across operations.
What You'll Do
* Lead and execute process and test method validations (IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ).
* Develop lean, efficient manufacturing processes across machining, finishing, cleaning, assembly, and inspection.
* Produce high-quality engineering documentation, drawings, layouts, and work instructions.
* Drive root-cause investigations, CAPAs, and data-driven decision-making using statistical tools and Six Sigma methods.
* Design and improve tooling, fixtures, and equipment to enhance productivity and reduce cost.
* Manage cross-functional engineering projects—from new product introduction to process improvement and cost reduction.
* Explore new process technologies and implement Lean Manufacturing solutions to improve flow and cycle times.
* Collaborate with machinists, programmers, suppliers, and customers to improve manufacturability and performance.
* Support maintenance teams with equipment troubleshooting and contribute to operational excellence (OPEX) initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* Engineering degree or similar technical background.
* 3-5 years' experience in a regulated environment (medical devices preferred).
* Strong problem-solving abilities and hands-on mindset.
* Solid skills in SolidWorks, Minitab, Microsoft Office, and ideally CNC machining principles.
* Experience with Lean/OPEX tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping.
* Six Sigma training (Green/Black Belt) is an advantage.
* Effective communicator and team player who can work with minimal supervision.
Hours
Mon-Thu: 08:30-17:00
Fri: 08:30-13:30 (35 hours per week)
Flexibility may be required depending on workload
