I am looking for a labourer/grounds maintenance operative to work on behalf of a local Abergavenny based council.
Work will include all aspects of labouring/grounds maintenance including:
Carrying out a varied range of gardening duties, requiring a minimum amount of supervision and use of own initiative
General grounds maintenance duties such as grass cutting, pedestrian and ride on mowers.
Use of hand tools such as strimmers, hedge cutters, blowers and any hand tool required to carry out the job.
Marking football fields.
Repairs to fine turf and playing surfaces.
Litter picking, bin emptying.
You will receive:
£14.10 P/H
3 months guaranteed work I am really keen in speaking to anyone who has:
Previous grounds maintenance/labouring experience.
A full UK driving license (desirable but not essential)
NVQ qualified in horticulture (desirable but not essential)
