We're looking for Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Cardiff, providing vital classroom supervision in the absence of the regular teacher. Whether you're an experienced education professional, a recent graduate, or considering a future in teaching this could be your ideal next step.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervising lessons and keeping pupils on task using provided lesson plans
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe, productive environment
- Supporting the school day-to-day and helping maintain continuity of learning
- Acting as a positive role model and authority figure in the classroom
We'd Love to Hear From You If You Are:
- Confident, organised, and able to think on your feet
- Comfortable managing a classroom and engaging with secondary-aged students
- Flexible and reliable, with a positive attitude
- Interested in education, teaching experience is not required
- Able to provide an enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one)
