We are currently recruiting for a Physiotherapist to join the team at Benenden on a permanent basis. In this role you'll provide high standards of Physiotherapy to our outpatients in the MSK clinic at our Outstanding hospital.
* If you are a Newly Qualified Physiotherapist the salary will be £28,407 for the first 12 months

About the role
* Providing a high standard of physiotherapy care in the musculoskeletal Outpatient service, including holistic and thorough assessments, resulting in individualised, clinically reasoned and evidenced-based treatment programmes to patients
* Contribute and facilitate excellent standards of physiotherapy care to our orthopaedic Inpatients as part of our multidisciplinary teams to support safe, effective treatment pathways and positive clinical outcomes
* Supporting junior members of the team, including students and physiotherapy assistants with all aspects of their roles and learning needs
Actively supporting department services and objectives, including the delivery of in-service training, audits and participating in peer reviews
Skills and experience required
* BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy or equivalent
* One years' experience at junior level within the MSK outpatient setting
* Basic awareness of respiratory principles and techniques, including ACBT
* Aware of the KSF or equivalent
* Aware of the importance of clinical governance
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* IT literate
* Excellent prioritisation, delegation and time keeping skills
* Able to work independently or as part of a team
