What You'll Be Doing
Client Conversations
* Speaking with clients who are struggling with debt and need clear, supportive guidance.
* Understanding their income, expenditure, creditor details, and financial pressures.
* Explaining IVA and DMP solutions in a compliant, easy‑to‑understand way.
* Handling vulnerable customers with patience and professionalism.
Assessment & Case Preparation
* Completing fact‑finds and affordability assessments.
* Preparing cases for senior advisers or insolvency practitioners.
* Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
Communication & Administration
* Managing inbound and outbound calls.
* Updating CRM systems with accurate notes.
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth case progression.
Who This Role Is Perfect For
