What You’ll Do
* Teach and assess learners across a range of Biology programmes and related science qualifications
* Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons covering both theoretical and practical aspects of Biology
* Support learners in developing scientific understanding, analytical thinking, and laboratory skills
* Use creative and practical approaches to make Biology relevant to real-world applications and careers
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing
* Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
What You’ll Bring
* A relevant Biology or Science qualification (Level 3 or above)
* Strong subject knowledge across areas such as human biology, cell biology, ecology, or genetics
* The ability to explain scientific concepts clearly and engage learners of all abilities
* Experience working with learners or supporting others in education or training
* Laboratory or industry experience within a science-related field is advantageous
* A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success
* A teaching qualification (level 4 or above) is welcomed - but if you don't have one yet, we'll support you to achieve it while you work
