Job Description
* You will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance in social housing
* Work could be in both void or occupied properties; ranging from basic repairs to kitchen and bathroom fitting
* Work will be carried out across stock in the West Midlands
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience working on social housing repairs and maintenance
* Relevant trade qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 minimum)
What's on Offer
* Salary up to £32,000 per year + excellent on call/overtime rates and completion bonuses (OTE circa £45k pa)
