Remote-based | Candidates must be local to the Shaftesbury area
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM
5:00 PM | 35 hours per week - 1 hour lunch break
£13.19 per hour / £24,000 pro-rata
3-month temporary contract (potential for extension or permanent role)
We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our clients friendly and professional team on an immediate start basis. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must be based near Shaftesbury due to occasional on-site requirements or training needs.
What Were Looking For:
3+ years of customer service experience
Previous experience in a fast-paced call centre environment
Proficient in data entry and using customer databases
Comfortable working within a confidential and sensitive environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Calm, composed, and professional under pressure
Polite, empathetic, and solution-focused
Proactive and self-motivated
Experience with Salesforce (desirable but not essential)
Key Responsibilities:
Booking appointments and managing schedules
Accurate data entry and updating customer records
Responding to inbound calls and emails
Handling complaints and resolving customer issues
Escalating any concerns to the appropriate supervisor or team
