Watkins & Gunn is a South Wales based law firm with a reputation for excellence and being at the cutting edge of legal developments. We are ranked by Chambers UK and The Legal 500 as one of the top firms in Wales and the UK for its specialist areas. We are a values driven firm and we act in accordance with our values of forward thinking, inclusivity, responsibility, support, and trust.

We are on the UK’s Best Workplace list and have been certified a ‘Great Place to Work’ and a ‘Great Place to Work for Women’.

We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Paralegals to join our award-winning Human Rights and Public Law team.

We are currently acting for large groups of Core Participants at the Infected Blood Inquiry. As well as acting for individuals and families, we also act for organisational clients, such as Haemophilia Wales and Haemophilia Northern Ireland. We also conduct High Court Judicial Review cases and Education and Discrimination cases in the First-tier Tribunal (Special Educational Needs and Disability).

The successful applicant will be able to work well within a team, and have good administrative and case management skills within an office environment.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a busy and growing department and to establish oneself with one of the most innovative and highly regarded firms in South Wales, a firm which actively looks to promote and develop its staff.
