Premier Selection is recruiting a Sous Chef for a well-regarded, award-winning hotel and restaurant located close to Huntingdon — a fantastic opportunity to join a kitchen that is proud of its reputation and always pushing standards forward.
As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef and General Manager, helping to lead the brigade and ensure the hotel maintains its well-earned reputation for quality. Your day-to-day duties will include overseeing food preparation and service, supporting junior chefs, and cooking with all-fresh ingredients throughout. This is a Sous Chef role for someone who leads from the front and takes real pride in their food.
We’re looking for a Sous Chef who is confident, motivated and ready to make an impact. This could also be a great step up for a strong Chef de Partie looking to move into their first Sous Chef role in a better-equipped, quality-focused kitchen. Candidates based near Huntingdon, St Ives, St Neots, Thrapston, Peterborough or Cambridge are ideally placed.
