What the role involves
You'll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle across a defined market of public practice accountancy firms throughout the UK. From business development and client relationship management through to candidate attraction, selection and placement you'll own your desk from start to finish.
What we're looking for
You'll be a self-starter in every sense of the word. Working fully remotely means you'll need the discipline and drive to manage your own time and pipeline without someone looking over your shoulder. You'll bring existing knowledge of the finance and accountancy recruitment market, a strong instinct for building lasting relationships, and the kind of professionalism that keeps clients and candidates coming back.
