Discover Impactful Work: In the position of Industrial Engineer II, you will be tasked with streamlining production processes and enhancing efficiency, contributing significantly to our ambitious projects. Engage with diverse departments to seamlessly integrate innovative solutions! A day in the Life: Analyze production processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work procedures. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design and implement lean manufacturing initiatives. Assist in the development and maintenance of production schedules. Build and optimise facility layouts and production cells. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (important metrics) to supervise progress and identify areas for improvement. Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives. Support the implementation of new technologies and automation solutions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare reports and documentation related to process improvements and project outcomes. Keys to Success: Education HND minimum Industrial Engineering or related field degree is preferred Experience Demonstrated ability in industrial engineering or a similar position Proficient in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel) Experience with CAD software and process simulation tools preferred Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and other relevant software). Physical Requirements / Work Environment This position requires the ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing, walking, and working with machinery.
