Responsibilities
* The duties of the Resident Clerk of Works shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 駐地盤工程監督的職責包括但不限於以下：
* Responsible to the Consultant for supervision of the above project and carry out duties of a Clerk of Works under the direction of the Consultant; 向顧問負責監督上述項目，並在顧問的指導下履行工程監督的職責；
* Monitor the standard of workmanship against the contract documents and good building practice in Hong Kong conforming to the relevant Specifications or Code of Practice as specified by the Consultant; 依照合約文件及香港良好建築規範監督工程質量，確保符合顧問指定的相關規格或作業守則；
* Check samples and related documents against contract requirements and make observations and recommendations to the Consultant; 根據合約要求檢查樣品和相關文件，並進行視察及向顧問提供建議；
* Check contractor’s setting out of all elements; 檢查承建商所有元件的設置；
* Monitor the progress of work on site against the approved programme; 依照核准的計劃監督現場地盤工作的進度；
* Carry out routine inspections of the building works, building services installation and confirm the works are being carried out in compliance with the drawings, specification and contract requirements, and report to the Consultant all Substandard work; 對建築工程、屋宇裝備安裝進行例行檢查，以確保工程符合圖則、規格和合約要求，並向顧問報告所有不合規格的工程；
* Attend all site inspections performed by Client, Consultant and government departments; 出席客戶、顧問和政府部門進行的所有地盤檢查；
* Liaise with the Consultant on all site matters; 就所有地盤事宜與顧問聯絡；
* Liaise and co-ordinate with government departments and utilities companies for the work on site; 與政府部門和公用事業公司聯絡並協調地盤工作；
* Maintain a site record of the daily activities on site and submit weekly report to relevant Consultant; 擬備地盤日常活動的記錄，並向顧問提交每週報告；
* Monitor environmental, health and safety aspects of the contractor’s work. Notify all non-compliance of safety procedures immediately to the contractor’s representative for rectification and report to the Consultant, and record this in the site record book; 就地盤環境、健康及安全方面監督承建商的工作。立即要求承建商代表作出改進不符合安全程序事宜和向顧問報告所有不符合安全程序的情況，並將其記錄在地盤記錄簿中；
* Submit progress, technical, accident and special reports to the Consultant as required; 依要求向顧問提交進度、技術、事故和特殊報告；
* Attend client and contractors progress meetings; 出席客戶和承包商的進度會議；
* Witness on-site and off-site tests as required by the contract, review all test records submitted by the Consultant and record the results in the site record book; 根據合約要求見證實地和非實地測試，審視承建商提交的檢測報告，並將結果記錄在地盤記錄簿中；
* Carry out inspection of defects and outstanding work upon the completion of the contract; 合約完成時，對缺陷和未完成的工作進行檢查；
* Carry out such other duties as directed by the Consultant; 執行顧問指示的其他職務；
Details
* Work location: Ping Yuen Road, Ta Kwu Ling, New Territories 工作地點：新界打鼓嶺坪原路
* Contract period: 12 months approx. (commencement date: November 2025) 合約期限：約12個月。 （生效日期：2025年11月）
* Working 5.5 days (44 hours) per week 每週工作 5.5 天（44 小時）
Qualifications
* The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Clerk of Works shall be as follows: 駐地工程監督職位所需的最低資格如下：
* Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong College of Technology/ Hong Kong Institute of Technology / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent / Engineering qualifications; 持有香港理工學院／香港理工大學/香港專業進修學校／香港科技專上書院／香港專業教育學院所頒發的建造管理學文憑或高級證書，或同等學歷／工程資格；
* Eight years’ relevant post-qualification experience; 八年相關資格後經驗；
* Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent. [Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.] 満足英語及中文能力要求，於香港中學會考(HKCEE)/香港中學文憑考試(HKDSEE)取得第2級或以上；註解：往年 HKCEE 的 E 級在行政上視同於2007年及以後的第2級。]
* Employment will be on a contract basis. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience. 就業將以合約形式進行。薪資待遇將與候選人的資歷和經驗相稱。
