Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Social Care HUB in Bracknell.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an established, multi-professional statutory team that supports adults with disabilities to live as independently as possible within their communities.
You will work with a diverse range of individuals, including those with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, older adults, and people with dementia. Working closely with colleagues and the voluntary care sector, you'll help promote independence, wellbeing, and innovative approaches to care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake comprehensive assessments of adults with disabilities and complex needs.
Provide interventions that maximise independence, choice, and control.
Assess for and provide manual handling advice, seating, and small aids/adaptations.
Participate in safeguarding assessments and planning where required.
Work flexibly across Bracknell Borough and from home as part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary team.
What We're Looking For:
A qualified and HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
Experience working with adults in a social care setting.
Confidence in manual handling and strength-based approaches.
A proactive, collaborative professional passionate about improving lives.
