We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Sous Chef who thrives in a busy service environment.
Working alongside the Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in leading the kitchen during high-volume service while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency, and confidently run the kitchen when the Head Chef is off.
Supporting the Head Chef with daily operations
* Maintaining high food standards under pressure

Experience as a Sous Chef
* 34,000 plus depending on experience
* Strong tips via tronc (paid separately)
