Somebody who is looking for the challenge of opening a new home as part of our growth strategy or re-opening where things need improving.
What youll bring to the team as Deputy Manager:
Extensive experience in residential childcare
Previous experience managing and supervising staff
Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
You will receive:
Salary of £39,983 - £43,833
