Location: Worthing Salary: Up to £32k We are working with a directly authorised IFA firm based in Worthing, and they’re looking for an IFA administrator to join their team. This is a hybrid role where you will be working Monday to Friday with no weekends. In this role, you’ll have the chance to develop your skills and progress in your career! IFA Administrator Duties; Provide an effective and efficient support service to the department and dedicated financial planners. Serving as the client’s point of contact and overseeing workflows to ensure the services are supplied promptly Preparing client valuations and review packs Using back office technology to guarantee complete and accurate client records Report writing and research for Financial Advisor Experience required for an IFA Administrator to come on board; At least 6 months experience as an administrator in an IFA/wealth management firm Alternatively experience for example as a mortgage administrator. Confidence when liaising with clients and producing documentation.
