The Role
You will be recruiting IT professionals across Europe. This role offers a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to elevate their billing. The position is primarily permanent recruitment, but candidates with relevant contract experience are also considered. The company is open to candidates interested in senior markets, as they have an executive search division that works on retained assignments.
The Package
* Basic salary for Senior Recruitment Consultants: £30,000 - £40,000
* Uncapped commission scheme
* Commission of 20% to 30% on earnings exceeding a £6,000 threshold, including existing client accounts
* Work arrangement: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home

The Requirements
* Proven success in 360 recruitment with client acquisition experience
* Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
* Experience in international hiring is advantageous
* Currently residing in the UK with accessible travel to the office
* IT recruitment experience required
* Proficiency in using LinkedIn for hiring
* Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement tools is preferred
* Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
* Availability to work in the office 4 days a week
