M&P Online is taking over the e-commerce and warehousing operations of a long-established Swansea brand. Our ambition is to become one of the leading names in our marketplace, and one of the best employers in Swansea. We are building a skilled, supportive warehouse team, led by an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Maintain a positive, well-supported team environment with a strong focus on wellbeing. Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe, ensuring compliance with all health and safety procedures. Take responsibility for accurate stock control and stock movement processes. Work closely with senior management to shape a high-performance culture and a workplace people enjoy being part of. Optimise operations through our new NetSuite ERP and shipping systems, helping us build best-in-class efficiency and accuracy. Liaise with courier partners to ensure timely, reliable delivery performance. Collaborate with e-commerce and technology teams to provide customers with a smooth, dependable order experience. Skills & Experience It would be useful, but not essential to have previous experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally in an e-commerce environment.
