About the position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Procurement and Finance Controller (Supply Chain) to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position is within the Financial Controlling team. You’ll work in a high-performing team, collaborating with peers and engaging with senior stakeholders. You will focus on continuous improvement activities within Financial Controlling.
Responsibilities include:
* Perform month-end close routines for Procurement.
* Reconcile P&L and check financial results regularly, correcting errors as needed.
* Manage provisions, accruals, and intercompany recharges related to Procurement.
* Lead monthly reviews with Procurement and Accounting teams to ensure accurate reconciliation of rebates.
* Manage hedge processes with US and Europe, tracking hedges effectively.
* Coordinate with FP&A to review provisions and adjustments for accurate forecasting.
* Partner with FP&A, GBS, and Business Units to guide accounting treatments.
* Support internal and external audits.
* Prepare statutory accounts for Supply Chain entities.
Qualifications
* Bachelor/Master in Accounting/Finance; ACCA/CPA or equivalent preferred.
* At least 5 years of controlling experience; Big 4 experience is a plus.
* Proactive, hands-on approach.
* Strong team collaboration skills.
* Excel proficiency and SAP experience.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
