Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing the office and sales team, demonstrating strong leadership and clear direction. Strong man management and interpersonal skills are a must for success in this role.
You will be commercially minded and have proven experience in building and winning new customers, hitting targets and developing existing relationships. A strong background within sales and customer service is key.

Skills required:
* Strong sales and customer service experience.
* Experience working within the Property, Real Estate or Estate Agency sectors
* Outstanding interpersonal and man management capabilities with previous team management experience.
* Strong IT and systems skills.
* Proven experience building a new customer base.
* Customer centric approach and able to maintain strong relationships.
