Contract: Fixed‑term – up to 12 months (Maternity leave cover)
CoLab is entering an exciting period of growth, learning and celebration as we approach our 10‑year anniversary in 2026. This maternity cover role has been created to ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations, effective coordination across the organisation, and strong administrative, diary and governance support to the CEO during this transition period. The role also includes coordination of digital communications, day‑to‑day finance administration, and Board and Trustee support, contributing to the organisation’s overall operational effectiveness and good governance.
While the strategic Head of Service responsibilities pause, the operational, coordination and support elements of this role remain essential to keeping CoLab running smoothly. The post holder will also lead on the coordination of CoLab’s 10‑year anniversary celebrations, working closely with the CEO, the wider team, trustees and external partners.
This is a highly varied, people‑focused role for someone who thrives on juggling priorities, creating structure, working with a high degree of trust, and helping teams and leaders do their best work.
