Your Schedule Evenings only: 5pm-11pm, Monday to Friday Breaks: Choose between one 30-minute break or two 15-minute breaks (unpaid) Bank Holidays: Required to work (paid at double time) What You'll Be Doing As an Out of Hours Operative, you'll be: Handling inbound calls from customers requiring urgent repairs Logging repair requests and coordinating with on-call technicians Ensuring swift and accurate communication between customers and field teams Providing empathetic, solution-focused service during critical hours What You'll Get £12.67 per hour double time on Bank Holidays 29 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), increasing by 1 day per year up to 33 days after 4 years Supportive team environment with ongoing training Opportunity to make a real impact in a vital service Temporary to permanent contract available after 12 weeks for the right candidate!
