What will your day to day look like?
This role is a pure management role, so you’ll be tasked with driving sales in your region through helping your team to hit their targets. The team is made up of 6 people, across sales and clinical specialist roles. This means a typical day could include:
* Supporting your team to sell the orthopaedic product portfolio
* Coming up with sales strategies for your region
* Mentoring and supporting your sales team to help them thrive
* Getting out there and attending customer meetings, trade shows, and workshops
* Keeping records up to date for your region
* Reporting on monthly sales data and activities
* Keeping up with the latest goings on in the market
This role will suit you if you…
* Have been good at selling into NHS theatres (ideally for over 5 years)
* Know a thing or two about orthopaedics
* Have mentored or managed others before
* Are a great relationship-builder
* Have a driving license
* Are happy to travel across the North of the UK
