Role: Contact Centre Customer Support Advisor
Location: Sheffield, S60 5BD
Hours: 20 hours per week. Working any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis which will includes evenings (until 7pm) and weekends

Monday – 9am-7pm
Tuesday – 9am-7pm
Wednesday – 11am-7pm
Thursday – 11am-7pm
Friday – 9am-7pm
Saturday – off
Sunday – off
Monday – 11am-7pm
Tuesday – 9am – 7pm
Wednesday – 9am-7pm
Thursday – off
Friday – off
Saturday – 9am-6pm
Sunday – 10am-5pm
Salary: £11.44 per hour
*Your own transport would be beneficial due to the site not being on a public transport route*
* No experience or qualifications required, as full training is provided.

What does the job involve?
* You’ll be handling calls from customers who have already purchased their vehicle and need your help.
* You’ll experience lots of variety in your calls right through from a simple ‘how do I turn my lights off?’ to ‘I’ve broken down at the roadside, can you help me?’

* Excellent communication skills
* Being comfortable and confident to speak to people on the phone
