Location: Orpington
Pay: £28,000 -£30,000

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Engagement
* Meet allocated financial targets for new business income, customer acquisition, and retention.
* Engage proactively with customers and prospects to provide accurate product information, answer queries, and support applications.
* Build relationships as a key point of contact for new product and renewal enquiries.
* Identify opportunities for customer referrals to Field Officers.
* Respond promptly and accurately to inbound and outbound calls in line with agreed service standards and SLAs.
* Focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness in all customer interactions
Marketing and Relationship Support
* Suggest new marketing activities to support business growth and customer retention.
* Work closely with the Marketing and Field Teams to share customer insights and improve engagement.
* Support the Field Team at events or represent MPFS independently when required.
