We are looking for a reliable and professional self-employed EPC Assessor / Property Inspector to join our growing team.
This is a flexible, field-based role suitable for someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident working independently across residential properties.

The successful candidate will carry out a range of property reporting and compliance services including:
* Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
* Inventory reports
* Check-out inspections
* Mid-term inspections
* Compliance visits and reporting
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
* Strong attention to detail
* Professional and impartial approach to reporting
* Good written English and report-writing skills
* Ability to manage workload independently
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Experience with property inspection software preferred but not essential
