What We’re Looking For
We seek managers with strong leadership or retail experience who can support and energise a team to excel in safety, customer service, operations, and team activities.
What You Are Responsible For
* Making sure that safety of yourself, your team, and the customer, in line with bp policies and procedures, is your top priority.
* Ensuring legal and safety compliance through all of the store’s operations (e.g., food safety, underage sales, forecourt operations).
* Working with the team to deliver great customer service at every level through getting the basics right and listening to our customers and driving continuous improvement.
* Supporting the team’s management, including engagement, development, training, recruitment, and other people‑related tasks.
