Permanent part time Accounts Assistant required for highly successful manufacturing company in Southend on Sea, Essex
We are recruiting for a Part time Accounts Administrator, office based, in Southend on Sea, Essex. Ideally working mornings (Monday to Friday).
Responsibilities:
* Book‑keeping and answering the phones.
* Back up the accounts assistant with bank reconciliations, posting, processing and matching purchase ledger invoices, receipts and payments.
* Assist with payment runs, period ends and petty cash.
Qualifications:
* Book‑keeping experience.
* Experience with Pegasus or Sage accounting software.
* Computer literate including Excel, Word, Outlook and accounts software.
