About the role
As a Pharmacist, you will deliver excellent customer and patient care, which goes beyond dispensing medicine to listening and providing expert advice and reassurance. Your responsibilities include:
* Delivering pharmacy services through expert care and advice
* Making legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
* Building pharmacy capabilities within store teams
* Conducting audits, observations, and risk assessments to ensure safety
* Providing a range of professional pharmacy services
What you’ll need
You should have a professional, caring character and a genuine desire to improve healthcare. Additionally, you will:
* Be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
* Demonstrate high professional standards and respect from stakeholders, peers, and patients
* Have a passion for community pharmacy and delivering excellent care
* Be collaborative and team-oriented
* Possess strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and local/national services
* Be an effective communicator, able to meet diverse customer and patient needs
