Job Details
* Location: Ballykelly, Limavady, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
* Contract Type: Full Time / Permanent
* Working Hours: 40 hours/week

Role Summary
As a Stores Operative, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of the warehouse, ensuring accurate handling, storage, and distribution of parts and components in compliance with business needs.
Main Responsibilities
* Support inventory control in Central Stores for dispatching
* Manage parts or products, including goods in
* Count materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock
* Report discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
* Assist purchasing department with receipt and return of supplies
* Ensure all tools/equipment are signed out and returned as required
* Check delivery notes for accuracy
* Maintain accuracy of paperwork and SAGE information
* Track, monitor, and organize stock levels as required by workshop or site demand
* Identify and implement solutions or improvements
* Operate forklift truck as required
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 12 months relevant stores/warehousing experience
* Production/manufacturing experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
* Attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach
* Organized and disciplined
* Team player in a busy environment
