Hobbs Recovery Services - Administrator
This role involves taking / making receiving calls from authorities / and insurance companies as well as the public.
This will also include dealing with reception customers face to face
Admin duties are for recording data and placing data from one system to another ready for our parking team to deal with
Good communication both internally and externally is required
Good telephone manner
PC skills
Works well under pressure at times role can be demanding
Good eye for detail / prioritizing
Reliability and good time keeping / works well on own initiative, own transport due to our location would be advisable but buses are available and cycle routes nearby so good access

* overtime can be available when cover is needed due to others being on annual leave
* Drivers licence advantage as due to holiday cover there maybe some times a need to work in another office at our other site
