- £55,000 £65,000 Company Vehicle and Benefits Package This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Supervisor or Senior Mechanical Installer looking to step into a hybrid supervisory role with a respected M&E Building Services contractor delivering projects across the South Coast and M3 corridor.
The role offers a varied and practical position combining mechanical supervision with hands-on installation depending on project requirements, working closely with Project Managers and site teams to deliver high-quality mechanical installations.

The Role This is a varied and practical role combining site supervision with hands-on mechanical installation where required.
Depending on project needs, the successful candidate may spend periods supervising mechanical works on site, coordinating labour and ensuring quality standards are maintained, while at other times supporting installation teams or providing technical support across multiple projects.
The company delivers a range of commercial, healthcare, student accommodation and residential projects, with mechanical package values typically ranging from £200k up to £2m.
Projects are typically located across the South Coast and M3 corridor.
Key Responsibilities Supervising mechanical and plumbing installations on site Coordinating labour and supporting site teams Ensuring mechanical installations are delivered to required standards Supporting Project Managers with site delivery Assisting with mechanical installation where required Providing technical support across multiple projects Maintaining health and safety standards on site Requirements Strong plumbing or mechanical installation background Experience supervising mechanical works on site Good understanding of mechanical building services installations Practical and hands-on approach to project delivery SSSTS preferred (or willingness to obtain) Full UK driving licence Remuneration Package Mechanical Supervisor £55,000 £65,000 Company Vehicle Pension Company equipment provided Long-term permanent opportunity This role would suit candidates currently working as: Mechanical Supervisor, Mechanical Foreman, Mechanical Site Supervisor, Plumbing Supervisor, Mechanical Chargehand, Mechanical Working Foreman, Senior Mechanical Installer, Plumbing Foreman.
