Role Overview: Responsible for managing licenses, software compliance, and support/maintenance agreements within the program scope. The role involves license management, negotiations, compliance monitoring, and reporting, primarily supporting the UK government projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee license procurement and renewal processes.
2. Negotiate licensing contracts and manage license agreements.
3. Coordinate with Software Acquisition and License Managers to optimize license utilization.
4. Ensure compliance with licensing and support agreements.
5. Monitor renewal processes to prevent coverage gaps.
6. Maintain accurate records in the CMDB for all software and support agreements.
7. Respond to licensing RFIs and manage customer portals for software acquisition.
8. Report on KPIs and inform obsolescence management processes.
Qualifications: Experience in license management, contract negotiation, compliance monitoring, and working with CMDBs. Security clearance DV is required.
