Location: Newcastle
Salary: £22,250 per year
Hours: Shifts between, Monday to Friday, 9am – 7pm (1-hour unpaid lunch) 35 hours per week
We are working with a respected legal organisation in Newcastle that is seeking a First Response Advisor to join their client services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service or client-facing experience, particularly those with a legal background.
The role serves as the first point of contact for new clients, so professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering a high volume of inbound calls and maintaining a rapid response time
2. Making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining services and gathering key information about their claims
3. Accurately logging call details and maintaining detailed, up-to-date records
4. Building strong rapport with clients and internal colleagues
5. Handling all interactions in a professional, empathetic, and confidential manner
6. Upholding high standards of client care and data protection at all times
7. Ensuring consistent attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
What We are Looking For:
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
9. Confident telephone manner with a professional and empathetic approach
10. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
11. IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office
12. A genuine interest in delivering excellent client service
13. A legal qualification or experience (advantageous, but not essential)
