Your new role
Working as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of customer queries via telephone and email. You'll be responsible for providing first-class customer service and dealing with queries in a polite and efficient manner.
What you'll need to succeed
You have worked previously in a customer service capacity and befortable speaking to customers at all levels. Previous call centre experience is highly desirable.
Full training will be provided, but you'll understand the fundamentals of providing good customer service.
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role to start ASAP. The hourly rate for the role is £ per hour, hours of work are hours per week, Monday to Friday. There may be the opportunity to work overtime. Start at 9am, finish at, 45 minutes for lunch – there could be a little flexibility with start / finish times if required. The role is likely to last until 31/12/26 with a possible extension. One fullpetency in the role has been demonstrated, there will be an opportunity to work in a hybrid working model, which is 3 days in office, 2 days from home. Fullpetency is normally attained after 3–6 months in the role.
