Job summary: A full-time CAO in colorectal for 12 months.
Clinical Administrative Officers (CAOs) provide administrative support services to a group of consultant medical staff and/or other senior members of Division teams.
Responsibilities
The successful post holder will be expected to have advanced skills commensurate with their responsibilities. They will work substantially independently, providing support of the highest quality, and taking leadership in their professional areas.

Chesterfield Royal Hospital is located in Calow, Chesterfield, on a green field site on the edge of the Peak District National Park. It serves a population of approximately 350,000 people and currently holds approximately 570 beds. We provide acute in-patient and out-patient care for Chesterfield and the surrounding rural area of North Derbyshire. We are currently rated GOOD by the CQC.

* Educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent), including English grade C or above
* Familiar with Microsoft Office based computer packages, including email and internet

* Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Previous office/secretarial experience
