What You'll Do
You'll care for our young people daily, ensuring routines are followed, and creating memorable experiences. Tasks include preparing them for school, helping with homework, completing paperwork, and planning activities. Evenings and weekends are for fun—playing games, sports, movie days, or outings like go-karting. Your role is about understanding each young person's needs and guiding them positively.
What We Offer
* Salary: Base salary of £28,134 - £34,302
* Bonuses: Up to 4 sleep-ins per month paid at £80 each (~£3,840/year), £1,400 Attendance Allowance (if attendance is good), £2,000 Regional Allowance, £1,000 Welcome Bonus (post-probation), and £1,000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months)
* Training: 4-week induction on our Care Academy

Who We're Looking For
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help
* Genuine care, honesty, and empathy
* Resilience to handle challenging situations
* A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months
* If you lack a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, we will support you to obtain one
You will begin as a Residential Support Worker after completing our 4-week Care Academy training with experienced professionals.
