Offer description

A Full Time Experienced Accounts Assistant required working five days a week Monday to Friday at our very busy Block Management Department based at our Barnt Green office.

You are required to assist the Housing Manager and Property Manager with the day to day duties of running the block management department and your responsibilities will include

* Preparation of service charge and ground rent demands
* Processing contractor payments
* Liaising with utility companies
* Assistance with month end bank reconciliations and associated paperwork
* Allocate rental income to the correct tenancies
* Organise gas certificates as and when due
* Register Deposits tenants' deposits and associated paperwork
* Record Keeping and updating files
* Scanning, filing
* Responding to phone calls and emails
* Provide an excellent standard of customer service
