We’re looking for Business Analysts to join our Technology function and play a key role in shaping digital and technology solutions that support essential water and wastewater services to millions of customers every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Working closely with Technology, Operations, and Business teams to understand problems, outcomes, and improvement opportunities.
* Supporting AMP8 projects and programmes by translating business and regulatory needs into clear requirements and delivery artefacts.
* Eliciting and documenting requirements using workshops, process mapping, user stories, and impact assessments.
* Helping define current-state and future-state processes, systems, and data flows.
* Supporting Agile and hybrid delivery teams by shaping backlogs, refining requirements, and supporting sprint and release planning.
* Ensuring solutions are aligned to business priorities, customer outcomes, and regulatory commitments.
* Supporting change that improves resilience, efficiency, data quality, and service performance.
Qualifications
* Experience working as a Business Analyst in a technology or change environment.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams.
* Experience supporting Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches).
* Ability to analyse complex problems and communicate solutions clearly.
* A collaborative, outcomes‑focused mindset with a desire to make a real difference.
* Desirable experience in utilities, infrastructure, or regulated industries; exposure to data, digital platforms, enterprise systems, operational technology, compliance- or resilience‑driven change; familiarity with process improvement and business transformation initiatives.
