Description

Role
As a Statistician, your role will be to support our clients and manage assigned project work. Your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Handling statistical tasks, including producing tables, figures, and listings, and contributing to SAPs and statistical reports under the guidance of Senior and Principal Statisticians.
2. Collaborating with Senior and Principal Project Delivery Managers, Portfolio Managers/Directors/VPs, and other team members to successfully deliver statistical activities.
3. Organizing and managing your workload, often working across multiple studies, ensuring work is completed on time and meets client expectations.
4. Maintaining effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing issues, and ensuring high-quality, on-time, and budget-compliant outputs.
5. Developing mentoring skills to advise other statisticians or programmers and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements
* Essential - An MSc in Medical Statistics or similar.
* Relevant experience as a statistician or biostatistician within the pharmaceutical or medical sector.
* Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Proficiency in SAS and other statistical software.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Effective interpersonal skills for collaborative work.
