We are seeking an experienced Cleaner in our healthcare division to deliver excellent routine and periodic cleaning services for a Mitie customer. You will ensure the contract service delivery meets high standards and adheres to all SLA agreements while following cleaning schedules.
You should aim to uphold the hospital's reputation for high-quality soft services and seek opportunities to develop this further. Building positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent service, and striving for continuous improvement are key. All activities must comply with Mitie’s Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
Ability to work independently, reliability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude are essential. Candidates should be able to follow schedules, work well in a team, and continuously seek service improvements.
Experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals used by Mitie is desirable.
