We have an opportunity for a Commercial Administrator/Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our friendly team, supporting Anglian Water.
You will be collaborating with colleagues to prepare and analyse data, a business critical activity, that provides our commercial management team with accurate insight and information, before making decisions that will positively impact our financial and operational performance.
Here are some of the activities you will be involved with...
* Creation and distribution of Cost vs Budget dashboards.
* Liaising with operational & planning colleagues, to ensure accuracy and completeness of work orders
* Reconciling large volumes of data, that is used for forecasting and actual reporting
* Importing operational data into systems
* Responsible for job costing collation across Anglian region.
* Reviewing subcontractor applications and preparing payment certificates
* Aid in the distribution of the IMR bonus scheme and performance reporting.

If you have previous relevant work experience, are comfortable with Excel (formulas, pivot tables and Vlookups), have great attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, then get in touch!
