We are looking for a proactive and people-centric Reward Analyst to join our growing Reward team.
Reward & Recognition
1. Share plans administration
2. Assist in the administration of pensation and benefits programmes.
3. Support the annual salary review and bonus processes, including data preparation and analysis.
4. Liaise with external providers for benchmarking and benefits administration.
5. Contribute to the development andmunication of recognition initiatives.
About You
6. Experience in a Reward Analyst role ideally with share plans administration experience.
7. Strong interpersonal and writtenmunication skills with a customer-service mindset.
8. Proficient in HR systems (, Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR) and Microsoft Excel.
9. fortable working with data and producing reports.
10. Knowledge of reward frameworks and benchmarking tools (, Mercer, WTW) is a plus
