The Role As a Supported Housing Support Worker, you will: Provide person-centred support to adults with a variety of needs, helping them develop independent living skills. Assist residents with tenancy sustainment, budgeting, understanding benefits, and accessing community services. Produce and maintain detailed support plans and risk assessments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Offer emotional and practical support, encouraging residents to build confidence and resilience. Work closely with internal teams and partner agencies to ensure clients receive holistic support.
