We are looking for passionate and experienced SEN Teachers to join a welcoming and inclusive school community, supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
Develop, implement, and review EHCPs and IEPs in collaboration with SENCOs and support staff
Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
Use a variety of teaching strategies and behaviour management techniques
Collaborate with parents, carers, and external agencies to support pupil development
Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
Experience working with SEN pupils, ideally in a specialist or mainstream setting
Knowledge of SEND Code of Practice and UK safeguarding procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with a proactive, child-centred approach
